Are your pots and pans compatible with induction cooktops?

Can I use metal utensils with your cookware?
While many of our titanium and stainless steel products are highly scratch-resistant, we recommend using wooden or silicone utensils to extend the life of your cookware. Titanium cutting boards and ceramic items should always be handled with care to prevent surface marking.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most stainless steel and glass products are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing for titanium cookware, ceramic items, and any product with wooden components to preserve their finish and longevity. Each product page includes specific care instructions.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and generally range from 5 to 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve customers in additional regions. Please check back for updates.

How do I season my new cookware?
Most of our stainless steel and titanium cookware does not require seasoning. However, if you purchase a product that benefits from seasoning, the product description will include detailed instructions. Generally, a light coat of cooking oil applied to a clean, dry surface before first use helps maintain the finish.
How do I remove stubborn stains from my cookware?
For stainless steel cookware, a paste of baking soda and water can effectively remove stubborn stains. For ceramic items, warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge usually suffice. Avoid using steel wool or harsh chemical cleaners on any of our products.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at HEMANGKEDIA2026@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
